How To Order
Placing an order could not be simpler. After finding a product you like either order your products online or if you prefer phone your order through to us on 07554431185 or email us at sdwnimmi@yahoo.co.uk to find out its availability. Alternatively, we do encourage buyers to come and visit the warehouse now in new premises in the South of England and pick their own items.
Payment methods accepted are credit/debit cards, bank transfer, paypal (but please add 3.4%) or cheque. Orders paid by cheque will not be sent out until cheque clears.
All prices on the website are exclusive of VAT. Vat will be added to you order once you have gone through checkout.
PRODUCT GUARANTEE
All our stock is 100% genuine. We only buy direct from the companies who own or have the licence to sell such brands. None of our products are either fake or seconds.
You can buy with total confidence as we are an established stock source known throughout the industry.
DELIVERY
We know how important it is that you receive your order as quickly as possible which is why we aim to provide delivery within two days for all UK customers on all orders placed before 4pm and a speedy 2-4 day* delivery service for Southern Ireland Customers. European deliveries should take 3-5 days and International deliveries should take between 5-7 days (Most orders require a signature on receipt). We cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries as we use a third party for all our deliveries.
The cost of delivery is £9.99 per 30kg box for all UK customers. Insurance is included up to the value of £50.00. If you require additional insurance, please ask when ordering. We can not be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Buyers outside the UK please contact us for delivery quotes.
Alternatively, buyers are welcome to arrange their own courier collection.
Garments can be delivered to an alternative address from your billing address for your convenience. For example, to your work address or to someone else's address - please let us know when you place your order.

We shall not be liable for any failure to make delivery within the time estimate stated above. No profit Is made from postage.
RETURNS
PLEASE NOTE: You will be sent a mixture of sizes, styles and colours in as fair a ratio as we can, subject to availability. We try to be as accurate with items as possible, but reserve the right to change or replace styles subject to availability. If an item is no longer in stock we will send a replacement item of a very similar style or colour. The photographs of assorted items show an example of what you may recieve, and items will vary from the photographs.
We do not offer a sale or return service unless you recieve an item which is faulty. In which case we are happy to exchange or refund the item cost.
